88GASIA Privacy and Account Safety

Every detail we ask for has a job to do. Your bank name and account number exist so a withdrawal can reach you. Your full name exists so the payout is not blocked by a mismatch. Your phone number exists so support can reach you about your own account. This page sets out what 88GASIA collects, what each item is used for, what our published documents do not cover, and the habits that keep impostors away from your account.

What we ask for when you register

The sign-up form is short on purpose. It asks for the details needed to open one account, credit a deposit and pay a withdrawal, and nothing beyond that. One member holds one account: one username, one registered name, one bank account number and one contact number. That is why the details you enter matter more here than on an ordinary website sign-up, because they follow your money for as long as the account is open.

What we ask for Why we ask for it
User ID and password To open the account and log you in
Full name Payouts go to a bank account held in the same name, so the name you register has to match the account holder
Bank name and bank account number This becomes the account your withdrawals are sent to, selected on the withdrawal form
Mobile phone number So support can contact you about your account
Email address (optional) A second contact route
Referral username (optional) To credit the member who referred you
Verification code at sign-up To keep automated registrations out of the system
Confirmation that you are 18 or over Play is for adults only, and we may ask for proof of age before allowing play

Documents we may ask for later

Some checks only happen when there is a reason for them. Before approving a withdrawal, we may ask for identity documents such as an IC or passport, the front and back of the debit card tied to the account, or payment proof such as a deposit receipt or reference number. A bonus can also trigger a check: the birthday bonus is credited only after you send your username with a copy of your IC or passport, within three days either side of the date. Requests like these exist to confirm that the person withdrawing is the person who registered, so keep your deposit receipts until the money is safely credited.

What your information makes possible

A verified set of details is what turns a balance into a payout. Withdrawals are processed by local bank transfer to the account bound at registration, in your own name, which is why a nickname or a family member’s account cannot be substituted later. Age confirmation keeps the account compliant with the 18 and over rule that applies to everything in the games and sportsbooks we run. Identity verification releases the birthday bonus. And several of our promotions, including the return bonuses and the scatter angpao, are claimed by sending your username and a screenshot to customer service, so the details on file are what let an agent match a claim to the right account.

What our published documents do not cover

We would rather be plain than vague. Our published terms do not name an operating company, they do not state a retention period for account records, and they do not publish a cookie list. What this page describes is therefore what we ask for and what we use it for, in the words we can stand behind. If you want the rules that sit alongside it, the account rules cover registration, deposits, bonuses and withdrawals in the same plain style.

Impostors, fake Telegram accounts and phishing

A real risk to any gambling account is someone pretending to be the operator. We have only two official Telegram accounts, and any other account using our name is not us, however convincing the logo or the display name looks.

A few rules keep you clear of the problem:

  • Reach support through live chat on the logged-in site. If a Telegram or messaging contact is what you want, take the link from inside your account or from live chat rather than from a search result or a forwarded message.
  • Never share your password with anyone, including someone claiming to be staff. Support does not need your password to help you.
  • Never share your 918KISS or Mega888 game ID and password. Those credentials sit in the Transfer screen for you, not for anyone else.
  • Take app downloads only from the logged-in site or its own QR codes. A download link sent to you in a chat is not one of ours.
  • Be wary of anyone offering to top up your balance, reset a game ID or claim a bonus on your behalf. There is no version of that offer that ends well for the account holder.
  • The Telegram login option in the login pop-up is real, but use it only on the real site. Entering it from a copied page hands over exactly what a scammer wants.

Habits that protect your account

Use a password that you use nowhere else, and change it from time to time through Change Password in the member area. Do not let another person use your login, because activity on the account is treated as yours and losses run against your balance either way. Log out when you finish on a shared or borrowed device, and check the login time shown in your basic information if something feels wrong.

Keep your own paperwork private too. Deposit receipts, bank slips and screenshots of your cashier belong with official support during a claim and nowhere else. Betting both sides from several accounts on one connection, or running a second account, leads to suspension and lost bonuses, so there is no advantage in sharing your details with a friend who wants a second login.

Raising a question about your information

Live chat is open 24 hours on the site and is the quickest route for anything about your registered details, a document request or a withdrawal that is held up. The other official contact options we operate are listed on the site itself, inside your account. For a formal dispute, put it in writing with the date, the time and the details of what happened, and expect the account to be held while the matter is reviewed.

If you want to close or restrict the account, ask live chat to do it and ask for confirmation that it is done.
